Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy last 30 days from the date your order is received.  If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we can’t offer you a  refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products are exempt from being returned such as

  • Custom made sizes (34, 35, 40 , 41, 42) 
  • Special products that are not listed

To complete your return, we require you to return the goods. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds

Refunds are allowed if the following apply 

  • Product arrives damaged
  • Products do not match the description or photos
  • You received the wrong item

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Return shipping is covered

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered to customers who have received the correct product but are not happy such as the size of the sneaker does not fit or the bag size is too small/big. Customers must pay an extra restocking fee ($5+($10xqty)) which covers shipping and exchange costs 

Shipping returns

Returns can be sent to Melbourne using the most cost-effective method. Please ensure you have the correct name on the package you return and also have everything you received included such as stuffing, plastic covers, papers, and boxes.
